WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT TO YOU ACCEPT? We currently accept Paypal. 

IF I PLACE AN ORDER, WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED? All orders are charged at the time the order is placed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?  All orders lead-times are between one and two weeks.  

HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? Once the order is shipped you will receive the tracking number by email. If you wish to receive a status of your order, please email us at @info@yaeletvalerie.com and we will be very pleased to assist you

IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS, WILL ALL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED TOGETHER? Orders are shipped together. You will receive a tracking number once they’re shipped. 

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?  We are pleased to ship worldwide via DHL and UPS.  If you do not see an international option for the product you wish to purchase, please e-mail us at info@yaeletvalerie.com

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?   All of our products are beautifully assembled by amazing Haitian artisans, uniquely cut, carefully shipped, therefore each product it unique and all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns based on color tone discrepancies. 

All sales are final except in the case of goods received damaged.

As a part of our return policy, please keep in mind that all customers are required to manually agreed and accepted the terms of our return and exchange policy upon checkout by clicking the "Terms & Conditions" & "Return Policy," check box regarding protocol for all returns and exchanges on all of our products, and also guarantees us approval in chargeback situations.

WHAT DOES "FINAL SALE" MEAN? Final Sale means that the product you purchased may not be returned or exchanged.

IS MY ORDER SECURE? Your privacy is a top priority to us while you are shopping on our site. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential, and will not be sold, disclosed third parties, or reused without your permission unless a customer decides to dispute a charge or take legal action against Y&V Logistics LLC.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION? The site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except in cases of force majeure, maintenance periods, technical difficulties or for security reasons.
